Further, forging unit was set up at $2.5million with technical collaboration with M/S Edelstawerke Buderous AG Germany.
In 1996 steel melting shop was set up at $3.5 million as backward integration to forging unit.
Both units are located at Khopoli (80 Km from Mumbai) Maharashtra State (India).
